Self-conception
CellStoff is a non-commercial online calendar for left-wing politics and culture in Celle and its surroundings.
We publish content-based events (lectures, panels, workshops, readings, …), demos and cultural events with a political dimension (films, theatre, exhibitions, …) – küfas, politbars and soli parties are welcome too.
Your events should be non-commercial: proceeds must not serve the profit maximization of private individuals or companies. Entrance and participation fees are fine – we know travel costs, room rent, material, fees and working hours cost money.
What matters is the left-wing, emancipatory and anti-authoritarian character. There is no place for events, venues or speakers from whom racism, antisemitism, sexism or anti-trans/anti-homo/anti-inter/anti-queer attitudes can be expected.
You as organizers are responsible for the content of your entries; we as editors reserve the right to remove events that contradict our criteria.
We are an editorial collective and decide by consensus. Our goal is a self-determined infrastructure for networking and publishing, independent of commercial platforms. We view commercial platforms such as Facebook critically: they make private data and political contexts accessible to companies and state bodies, sell our data as a product, and create centralized monopolies.
The calendar is non-commercial and donation-funded. It lives from participation: submit your events via the entry form –Groups can publish content themselves upon request: https://cellstoff.org/register
